For the past 3 years we have consulted with a variety of community partners, including residents and other agencies/organizations servicing the public in East Mississauga. Through this consultation, a plan for the next few years has been developed to guide our role as a community health centre in our East Mississauga neighbourhoods.
Many people and organizations have contributed to our understanding of our role and our potential in the community. We are grateful for the insight and commitment of those who participated in the consultations and discussions.
The plan includes where we started, where we are now, and where we plan to go. The planning document is ‘live’, which means that it will evolve as our communities evolves, and needs and partners change.
